Once your order is received, it will be in processing. Please leave seven days for processing and production before shipping as many items are made to order. You will be notified when your order has shipped.
Shipping rates are calculated at check out and are determined by Canada Post. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of Canada Post. If you choose letter mail, Medusa Metric cannot guarantee arrival. To guarantee the arrival of your purchase, please select a tracked shipping option.
If you’re local and are able to pick up your order in Halifax, use choose the “local pickup” option at check out to skip shipping.
