As a handmade small business, lots of time, love, and care goes into every product. Because of the nature of most of these products, we’re not typically able to offer returns or refunds. For the most part, we are exchange only! However, we do our best to find a solution that works for each situation.

If you contact us with 14 days of your purchase or delivery, we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution. This includes items that are damaged or defective.

Items will only be considered for exchange if they are in new unused condition or were sent to you damaged or defective. Not all items are eligible to be exchanged. To make an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of purchase or delivery.
